The company is positioned within a competitive market and it’s fair to say that there are a few Cowboys to be found within the sector. The brand decided to use national Gas Safety Week in order to generate awareness about Gas Safe engineers and help customers to avoid less-than-reputable companies.
Within the animation, we offered clients and potential clients advice about the importance of having a regular boiler service, whilst also providing guidance on how to avoid a being taken in by a cowboy. The strategy was not to sell, but to be seen as helpful experts who are aware of current trends. This approach allowed the client to attract a new kind of clientele who were not price driven.
